So even moving to London is no guarantee of making money hand-over-fist. And this guy is bright; in fact I'd go so far as to say he's extremely clever.

I'm outside London and earn way more than £60 a year.

So being in London doesn't guarantee a stellar income, but it does guarantee stellar house prices/rents.

Best already be a high-roller if you intend to live in London, then?

Or the south-west, actually. Our house prices are almost as insane. Lots of 700k+ houses down here. Or you can live in the slums they've set up for the locals. With no gardens; no parking; no space to swing a cat.

The he is doing something wrong, as I'm on around that with no degree or anything, working for just a premium multi-national holiday company.
