Give account & billing a ring, once they have confirmed your details etc it's usually sorted pretty quick.

HAd it happen to me a couple of weeks ago, got all my stuff back within a day so i was happy, the only thing i had done recently that i could think of was download some addons from curse/wowinterface.

Although it's possible that i had a wostead account conencted to the same email address and password as my wow account, i cycle through a lot of different passwords periodically and they may just have lined up when wowstead got it's database done in.

Although sites like wowhead and other wow related websites do get periodically compromised, with nefarious objects injected into flash banners iirc.

Customer support number, from the uk is 0800 931 0800, although i believe they are closed now.
