Where can I find the double penetrating unkempt harold, I have all the DLC's now
I couldn't get the save editor to work, think I had the wrong version
 
DPUH is dropped by Savage Lee in Three Horns Divide. This thread is making me want to install it again. Gaige was such a fun character to play.
 
Put hundreds of hours into this game including killing all raid bosses :D
Played through it solo and with friends, often 4 of us, so much fun to be had and so much better than the pre sequel.

You can build Maya to be invincible with the right powers/shield/weapon combo then just storm everything completely unstoppable!! :D:D

I too would be interested. I'm guessing that one of the Legendary Siren class mods figures in, as does that Seraph SMG that's dual electricity & slug. Sandhawk + Bee can be very good.
 
It's been years so I cannot remember the exact names of everything you need, check youtube for vids on it, that's how I found it back then.

It boils down to healing faster than you can lose health through a mix of getting part of your damage back as HP, Health steal weapons, and shield boost through fire or electrical.

IIRC you can do a build using electric or one with fire that both make you basically invincible as long as you fight like a tank right in their faces. As you phase lock them and set them on fire you gain a ton of HP along with any other damage you do meaning you just cannot die as long as you're dealing damage. You can literally walk into hordes of enemies completely wrecking them and walk out the other side without a scratch. It also makes it good fun farming some of the evolving creatures like the Varkids, levelling them up to Vermivorous the Invincible
 
How about Son of Crawmerax with Maya the Invicible? I want to be able to do that on my own but have never been able to.

i too am interested

i found that she was unstoppable crowd control with those legendary lightning bolts from tiny tina and a lot of specs for the phaselock, you just phaselock one enemy who draws everyone in and whilst the phaselock splashes them with every element under the sun you spam those grenades and it will decimate everything in the pile with chain lightning, especially if the original enemy dies you just get a cycle of enemies being drawn in and given hell.

of course the tradeoff for that is a lone enemy (even a relatively weak one) is hard as nails if you don't have something to combo them off, for example it's easier to defeat a group of 20 crystal skeletons in tina's dlc than a lone one.

gaige is just op, didn't get on all that well with salvador/zer0
 
Ha, this is so cool playing with the PhysX on. The monsters have blood and the ground chucks up particles when you shoot it! Maya's phaselock even pulls things like flags off their poles. You don't get any of that on PS4.

Yeah, its a really good looking game, i'm running it with hybrid physx which works amazingly well.
 
What’s hybrid PhysX?

EDIT: I looked it up. It's where you run the main graphics on one GPU (typically Radeon) and the PhysX an nVidia GPU..

Yep, i'm running a 290x and a 750, with just the 290x max everything and medium physx gives you single digit frames in some areas, with the 750 its up to 50.

Not as good as a single proper nvidia card but for £50 b grade its pretty good
 
BL2 has stopped working on my PC for some reason. I can play for about a minute then it freezes. No matter: BL3 is imminent.
 
I only buy games for £10 or less so I'll have to wait a bit for BL3, Have you tried a fresh installation of BL2, on steam if you right click on a game title there'a an option to check the files, I had to do that when mine didn't run a while ago
