Yup, i can see that. I also seem to:
1. get lost quite easily. No mini map...
2. On the later quarter of the game I'm just riding to one point to another. Not even stopping to have a look around. The lack of fast travel points is annoying as I spend ages driving somewhere, the mission says 'go to the other side of the map' then I'm told to go back to where I was....sigh

You can unlock fast travel points? The safe house things.

Yes, year one DLC is complete. No word on if/when there might be year 2 DLC.

Are you sure about that? I'm pretty sure that if you search for and unlock all the safe houses on top of the regular fast travel stations, you end up able to fast travel to most areas. Also, if you are getting lost, are you activating your ECHO Location scan (press Z) as that literally shows you the way.
