- Its good fun for the first 25ish levels then i started to get bored. Played it in COop with a mate but you've seen it all after level 25.
£29.99 does feel like a lot. Maybe £15
There seems to be an obvious oversight in Borderlands with online gaming.
You can only use characters you've got lying around. It's a shame if you invite folks into a game, they can't just use a character created there and then, of the same level as the host, and just be given some money to equip themselves on entering the game.
So this way you could have slap dash 1-2hr sessions and dispose of the characters at the end of it. Instead of having all the hassle of trying to make sure your characters are all the same(ish) levels each time you want to play.

I have a qwick qestion i got borderlands today, i got to about level 14 then i joined a game some level 50 dude was in there. I now have 150 inventory space, how did this happen.
Did he do something to me? Should i feel violated? is there any way to get my orignal bag space back.

I'm gonna give playthrough two another go now, but I have to say I'm finding the second run through very uninspiring. I'm still using a sniper rifle I got at level 30 which one-shots most creatures because every other weapon I have feel likes a chore! The change in baddie names doesn't compensate for the fact that it's just the same creatures all over again...
Does anyone else find that theyre massively over powered? I was playing as lileth using an SMG that did 118 dmg per hit with +100% damage as a stat on the wep. I have a class upgrade that means i do +50% dmg with SMG. +20% dmg with high velocity skill +25% crits with slayer skill, +10% with enforcer skill.
It shoots 10.2 shots per second +25% quick silver + 20% from SMG spec.
I can quite casually waltz around the last area of the game tearing things a new one. Walk into a room and spray at head height then wonder around picked up all the pretty weapons. Its fun dont get my wrong but i could do it with my eyes shut
edit - just finished my first play through and end game boss went down in 3 clips
It shoots 10.2 shots per second +25% quick silver + 20% from SMG spec.

That's odd because the maximum you can get is something like 42. Looks like he's hacked something.

enjoying the game, although a couple of questions.
I am lvl 20 and have only really been playing coop. how do I open the extra 2 gun slots in my inventory??
Also, I cant seem to get the ingaem voip working, it is all set to true in my confirm, my team mates can hear me, but i cannot hear them. Any ideas???

I am very much enjoying it, however there is still the bug with timeouts, but hopefully they will release a patch soon fixing it... then it will be so much better. Also for all the people who have completed it and are saying they have seen it all, fair enough but just wait for the DLC...

I dont think so either,Im quite bored of it.
Haven't bought it yet. Looks quite good, even with the cartoonesque like design. From watching reviews though it looks like some of the weapons take an age to drop an opponent, maybe one for when the price drops. God, I am really am becoming a pipe and slippers gamer, used to buy all new games now I play the waiting game. Older and more experienced..maybe.

Finally got this game on Friday, over a week after originally buying it from GAME.
Just doing a bit of research into the characters then will start play Think I'm going to mess around in SP for a bit to get used to the game then give COOP a go.

Dropped this game after 2 hours of play. It's all the same crap go here do this bring me back that kill that etc.

Your loss, 2 hours is no where near enough, you'd hardly touch on any skills, and not experience the other classes yet either.
