I would like to co-op with some one on PC.
Im level 16 and im about to go and kill sledge i think. I havent fowarded any ports so i would need to be able to do that.
Actualy i have a bog standard 02 router can i even open my ports?

Yes, just google portforward and you should be able to find a step by step guide for your router.
I still haven't completed this game, i do one or two missions once every 3 days or so, just not as into it as i was when i first got it

Apparantly "GameRanger" allows you to not have to bother with port forwarding, it's an application like Gamespy / All-Seeing-Eye. I've used it a little and it works well, but it doesn't difference the games it lists based on what patch the host is running so it's a bit of a trial and error when trying to join games.
Due to my limited gaming time and need to complete all side-quests, I finally finished play through 1 this weekend. Just done the first handful of missions in PT2, and have already encountered 3 badass/mutha/whatever skags and suddenly I no longer feel as powerful as I did running through the Crimson Enclave, lol!
Got this game on Saturday but I've only managed a quick 30 minute play so far. I've started as Lilith first, has anyone got some tips? I don't fancy wasting skill points on useless skills

Has anyone tried this game with the Xbox 360 controller? When I plugged mine in, I expected the on-screen UI to change from keys to the actual Xbox symbols but it has failed to do so. Just wondering if my copy is borked somehow or does it not use the XInput API?
I think it's trying to tell you something. Somehting important, about playing PC FPS games with a control pad. But I can't think what it might be.

Since its a single player/co op fps it really doesnt matter what he plays it with does it? Honestly just mention this topic and you get at least 2 overly sarcastic and unnecessary replies.
No it's not but in the manual it has the Xbox controller buttons listed next to the keys, I just would have expected it to change in game, too. It's not a big deal but I like a bit of consistency.
For those with connection woes I find the following works perfectly:
- All players run Hamachi and create/join a network
- The Host sets up a game as normal
- All other players create a game shortcut and add the host's Hamachi IP at the end (Put a space and then the IP after the last character in the shortcut destination path).
- Run said shortcut and the it will automatically join the host game.
No need to set up any external accounts or foward any ports. I run the Steam version and this works fine when I connect to those with a boxed copy.

Does anyone know if there are any mods/tweaks available for this? I would like something that restricts the characters to be only able to use their preferred weapon types and make the other weapon types unusable for them. Anything like that exist?
