Had a search and there's no threads on this. Seems there's quite a bit of hype surrounding this but somehow it's been missed here? Does anyone have it yet?

Looks kind of similar to Fallout 3 in that it's a Role Playing Shooter...
 
I'm going to be getting it day one but going to be hard to pry myself away from Forza 3. Looks awesome but I've heard a few people say it's quite a challenge. Looking forward to the loot system and some co-op should be great!
 
Getting this on Friday. I'll be playing it on split-screen with my bro, always love coop games so a massive one filled with inventive guns sounds great. Got guys on my friends list that I'll be playing the New Game + with too. Really, really looking forward to this.

I've been watching people play it on Justin.tv since the weekend (people in America) and it really does look like a barrel load of fun. Seen some crazy weapons like a sniper rifle that fires explosive rounds, teleporting grenades, bullets that bend round corners and bounce off walls as well as tens upon tends of various AR's/shotguns/pistols.

So much stuff.
 
My brother told me about this last night so we will be picking it up for coop but not on release!

Should be fun.
 
I was interested by this but I feel it'll slip under the radar for a lot of people due to Forza 3, Modern Warefare 2, L4D2, Assasins Creed 2 and a few others.

My purchases will be Forza 3 and MW2 as I can't afford to buy anymore new releases, so will look to pick this up when it falls in price.
 
Getting it too, though i was following the pc game thread of this game. Honestly untill a few weeks ago i did not know a single thing about this game, untill an internet friend told me about it then i was hooked before you could say 87bazillion guns.

One of the things that might not be available on release is being able to play split screen over live. So i can't play wiht my friend on my xbox along with my friends living far far away.

On top of that i need to make time for forza3, though i have being successful in forcing some people to buy this over MW2. Down with activision etc.
 
Was interested in this but with Uncharted 2 taking up all my time then Assassins Creed 2 and MW2 next month dont think I'll have the time to play so will be giving it a miss

Will be interesting to see what reviews it gets though.....
 
Seems to be getting decent reviews. Averaging around 80%+ on most sites. Strange time to release it, it's gonna get lost in the AAA titles this year.
