What skills are you using?
 
I found the soilder to be useless at low lvl's, learn to duck and dive, as in, go in, spray all you got then leg it back to a safe place to let your shield recharge, use your turret every chance you get, run in, plant it down at the entrance/exit of the area facing mobs, crouch behind something other than your turret and assist it no the target that its shooting.

i just finished the mission i was doing (involving sledge) damn it took me AGES.

the only problem i have with this game is, when you're half way through a "dungeon" or map or whatever, and you have to quit to go do something else, when you turn the game back on it takes you back to the start of the dungeon with all the enemies back to life :( other than that, im loving this game.

im a level 18 Brick, this guy owns because when you're pretty much dead all you have to do is tap LB and your life regenerates to full, and you get super powerful. glad i chose him now, i was a bit doubting at the beginning though.


edit: when do i start getting some explosive rocket launchers!? ive only ever seen 1!

Right, 0700 to 1830 shift complete :D Love building up overtime (got 3 and a half hours overtime in today :D), time to go home and play Borderlands :D

Got this for ps3, is really good. on my second play-through the only thing that bugs me is it is flaky as hell, especial on later levels. My ps3 has crashed a few times and could barely play the last level. Hope they patch it soon.
 
Any one else finding this game quite easy?

Running through this with friends, 2nd play, level 47 Soldier.

Nope, me and Brick are level 47, have a Siren which is 46 and another Soldier which is low to mid 40's.

Going through the missions as per normal, fighting badass mothers etc, but not finding it overly challenging.

Finished Sledge on the 2nd play through, without a scratch hardly, the roid monster went down in a matter of seconds too :o

Think I'll hit 50 and create a new character, soldier I think is quite over powered once you add missiles and reduce the cool down of your turret.
 
I had no trouble with Sledge at all the first time I encountered him, he went down in a matter of seconds. There was a bit of dialogue that mentioned him having a powerful shield so I took that out with a handy electric repeater I had then finished him off with my combat rifle.

I waited until I was 19 before doing that quest though, not sure if the higher level helped as I'd had the quest to kill him for some time.
 
Sledge was made very easy for me thanks to greeny i was level 19 at the time he was 28 so when we got their few shots bam dead loads xp for me = win :D
