No - not in the slightest dude, no worries :)

I always took this as a throw in your ideas type of thread anyway - some good, some bad, some workable, some not . . . . . .

The upside down round - does indeed sound interesting and trying to find the most popular depending on the country could very well prove challenging.

Challenge accepted :p

See, now that's fighting spirit :)

I'm working tomorrow night and then off for a few days, I'll plough some thinking time into it then.

In meantime keep the ideas coming, and that is especially directed at everyone that hasn't contributed so far ;)

I like upside down round so i think that should fill the U slot.

Going off the list from the first page which is mostly complete now.

I'm not sure i like the bonus point fot the blonde round, but happy to be voted against on that one.

As we had a Draught beer round last time, how about changing it to a Dark beer?

E I think i prefer the Extra option rather than Export, again it just gives that little bit of a difference :)

H I think the High % figure has reduced a little (did it used to be 10%?) i think the drop to 7 is good. It makes it easier to get something from a supermarket for those without access to specialist stores.

Cheers Marv, yeah the bonus point was only a joke thing (casts mind back to good ole Hank_Marvin days) :D

Have you lot started yet?

I'd be interested to see how DJ copes with the X rated round and if he gets a holiday for breaking forum rules, or a lot of blanking words out in paint for that week.

In fact that's given me an idea, not going for gold but going for giving DJ as much grief as possible in a light hearted punch on the shoulder way not kick in the gonads whilst laughing so hard I pass wind way.

The lists seem to have been compiled well with a nice variation between rounds mixed with some elements from the previous competition. I cant really think of anything else off the top of my head I'd like to add, I'm quite eager to get started though.

We took a roofless drive (:p) up the coast to St Andrews yesterday and I found a lovely little deli where I spent a small sum (:eek:) on a few ales.

See or should that be sea...or even si ;) You're the second person to say today they can't wait for it to start. The other person was missing the 'banter' and I 100% agree.

One way or other this will be started well before Christmas! :)

Now will the rest of the 'regulars' get posting please :p

I have had another thought though - how about A = Animal?

That way we start and finish the competition on the same note. Lets be honest there's a lot more animal beers out there than there is countries beginning with the letter A.
