I still think the micro brewery idea is brilliant
Also, R - what about a religious beer? This could relate to any religion but the Trappist beers spring immediately to mind?

Here are a few ideas I've had:
B - Banana Beer
C - Colour, anything with colour in the name bar 'Red'.
E - Extra, anything with Extra in the name.
F - Fruit Lambic
H - High Strength, 15% +
I - Ice-Lolly IPA, you have to make an Ice Lolly out of an IPA!
L - Lambic, non fruit.
M - Milimeter, smallest cubic capacity wins.
N - Norse, anything with a relation to Norse mythology
O - Oyster Stout
P - Porter
Q - Quote, something used in the P round bar your own entry!
R - Red ALe
T - Triple
U - Unusual container, not the usual can/bottle. Can relate to the way the vessel is capped, what the vessel looks like, etc. Not to mean unusual designs on the can.
Yuletide - Christmas Ale! (Good luck, hah)
Z - Zebra. Beer from Africa.

Oh that would be a gamble...
I think an ice lolly IPA would be sublime! Be fun to see how people would make it. I'd go for drilling a hole through the crown cap, shove a stick in there and put it in the freezer then smash the bottle.

What about a reverse round.... one week we vote on a country and everyone enters the beer they think will be most popular. Max points for most pop. right down to 1 for a single entry?

No I don't think a highest is a winner round would work well.
Everyone is going to google, and click buy it...
I'm still keen on the 'upside down' round, entering a beer you think will be most popular and reversing the scoring.
