Yes indeed, we now have over twenty people wanting to play (more people are always welcome) so that means we can now start to discuss what we all would like to do...

...and how we will do it ;)


I'm inclined to stick with the 26 week format ie. A - Z, maybe bring back more player input with weekly voting like we did in the first competition but not just every week!

Some weeks countries, others beer types and yes the usual fun weeks :)

So let me make sure I've got this straight, every week, there's a new challenge like "IPA" and everyone buys an IPA, photographs it and then people vote for the tastiest one?

Close, but also wrong.

Each week there will be a new challenge, it could be a certain beer type, it could be a certain country or theme. You buy it, take a picture and enter it via email. The idea is to try and enter a beer no one else has or as few will pick. This way you gain Max points.

DJ randomly decides if your entry is worthy i.e. no Tesco value IPA, then the BOTW mascot dogs (who are gay) then wee on pieces of paper till the one with the most wee on is left where it is and the Crows in DJ's back garden (bog/marsh) slowly take them till one is left, that one sometimes is the winner depending on DJ's hangover or coffee consumption that day.

You've not read the main thread have you... :p

Scoring is like this:

Valid entry is worth 1 point (lowest score possible if you have a 3rd most possible choice onwards)

Enter the most popular beer = 1 point + valid entry = 2 points

Enter the second most popular beer choice = 2 points + valid entry = 3 points

Every entry after 2nd most pop. = 0 points + valid entry = 1 point

Enter a beer nobody else has = 3 points + valid entry = 4 points (max. score)
