It's not homebrew. I'm not sure if they still do them but a few years ago, Brewdog produced custom beers - https://www.brewdog.com/lowdown/blog/punk-your-dog

Weird. I have actually been in contact with BrewDog today and strangely they never mentioned this.

I'm not sure what else I can add. I could post a photograph of the back for you but it has a swearie on it and we know what happened last time I did that. Judges decision is final, it's your call.

That's a label created by an individual, I'd say that is the same as a homebrew.

But then again, nobody posted Punk IPA.

That's how I will treat it, as BrewDog Punk IPA and as no one has entered it, then 5pts. Just need it confirming.

When we went on holiday to Cornwall and visited St Austell brewery, they were doing custom labels on bottles of Tribute. It wasn't a different beer, it was still Tribute, but they did it for corporate events, weddings etc.
As far as I can see the beer itself is Brewdogs Punk IPA. It's a custom lable for it, but it's still Punk IPA brewed by Brewdog. If so, no one else has Punk IPA, and so I'd think it's a 5 point beer. If anyone else had Punk IPA I don't think it should be counted as a seperate beer, but as no one has anyway it's kind of a moot point.
