Really good team performance. Gerrard and Alonso's passing was top class.
He can't moan too much if he doesn't finish many more though. He looked absolutely shattered for the last 20mins today.
Said this before. Gerrard's also great in the air too.

Everyone played well today but Keane put in an absolute master-class. His work rate has never been questioned and that was as good as ever today but his finishing for both goals, which had been lacking, was world class. Add in some quality link-up play and it was really a performance that should shut a lot of people up.
Really hope Rafa gives him some time alongside Torres because they could form an awesome partnership.

Newcastle never deserved anything other for them to all be shot, worst performance I've seen imo, and this is coming after we got hammered when Keegan left
That said, the ref also made a few choices that were so totally wrong
The sending off/penalty
Possible penalty as studs raked onto andy carrol was turned down
Meh, we could have hauled our sorry selves out of the bottom lot
