Boxing Day Footie *spoilers be inside*

Im going to the man city vs stoke game. I couldnt get an away ticket so im sitting with the man city fans. I will probably get my head kicked in but im hoping for a point!

Don't make it obvious your a clayhead and you'll be fine :D
To be honest, I fancy Stoke getting something at City!

How many you taking?

Johnson was our best player at the start of the season and came through games against the likes of Chelsea, United, Villa and Spurs without making a mistake. He's just going through a bad spell and seems very low on confidence.

Mascherano will be a massive loss for this game. Not only is he the best tackler in the league he's also one of the best passers and I really hope Aquilani can step up and replace him.

My word, firstly Johnson was absymal from the very start of the season defensively, he's a horrible defender. The fact that he got a couple goals and a couple assists at one end of the pitch in no way means he was good defensively. It took a very short amount of time for teams to learn to, you know just attack Liverpool to make them crumble this year, the biggest change in their defence is, Johnson, everyone but liverpool fans said he was horrific defensively from the start of the season but Liverpool fans, desparate to justify the 17mil price tag we all thought was hilarious, kept pointing to the goals as how great a game he had.

He's NEVER in line with his back four and never in position the entire rest of the backline adjusts to his position(by all moving across to cover) and the number of times teams run through the massive gaping whole where he should be is laughable.

As for Mascherano being the best tackler in the league, he's not close, I won't say who is because, I'm not sure who is. But the guy who made a ridiculously clumsy tackle that he actually got sent off for, after doing the same multiple times in most games I see him play but he gets away with certainly is not close to the best tackler in the league. He fouls repeatedly, half his tackles are fouls and he constantly clips people from behind aswell as simply throwing himself at people. One of the best passers......... seriously?

Anelka's picked up a hamstring and he won't be available for at least our next two games and Drogba & Kalou might be going before the Fulham game, it's going to be a tough couple of weeks for Sturridge and Borini.
