But you can't go back out in inters with out rain. You would burn them up. They are expecting more rain, but its not raining ATM. As the tyres got burnt out, they and no choice and as such have wasted so much time.

One of vets overtakes was clearly under yellow flags. In fact he passed two yellow light panels on the overtake.

Seb passed Kobayashi clearly under at least 2 yellows, as seen from his onboard cam. Looked pretty dodgy, unless Koba had taken his foot right off for something.
