Realistically, what happens if Vettels car is underweight in tech inspection? I guess they will be using less fuel since it's wet, but it may happen?

I can only assume a DQ?

I think considering fuel use, as you say, they'd need to shed a bit more than a small piece of carbon fibre to be under though. I think if enough fell off for it to be under, they'd have much bigger problems than the weight

I'm pretty sure they can't penalise him for being underweight due to lack of bodywork... That would be harsh.
