Breakfast

Whatever it is, it's not breakfast!

Why not? If it is the first meal of the day it is breakfast. I dont think breakfast needs to be cereal/porridge/whatever usual stuff. There is nothing stopping you having what you want for breakfast and calling it that.
 
Most days it's muesli (the posher ones with lots of nuts, not Alpen) with milk.

Some days, such as today (and tomorrow), it's smoked mackerel fillet with poached eggs and potato cakes.

Sometimes scrambled egg with smoked salmon and toast.

Both of those ^ hot breakfasts are nice, but missing something. Not sure what, though...

Indeed. It's nearly always a 2 course meal for me :D

smoothie - bananas, blueberries, flaxiseeds, oats, coconut milk, water
 
Literally had to run out of the door this morning so just nabbed some Shreddies that were lying around, I feel dirty and hungry.
 
This morning, 2 bacon, 2 sausages fried in butter, 2 eggs scrambled.

Yesterday morning, chilli with 30g cheese, no rice.

Morning before that 50g blackberries, 50ml full fat double cream, 200ml unsweetened almond milk, 50g chocolate/banana flavour whey protein.

Due to my diet, it's not unusual for me to have 1 large meal in the morning (most of my calorie intake) and then a snack or small meal later on in the day. I never feel hungry, tired or lacking energy.

Diet consists of <25g carbs, 165g protein, ~140g+ fat.

Self made hash browns
Eggs
Beans (naughty)

I really can't stand cereals they give me stomach cramp and I just feel hungry an hour later.

Lock up that hunger monster, protein and veg for breakfast. Once you get over the hissy fit of not sugar and carb loading first thing you'll feel great all day :)

I struggle to eat breakfast so I make myself have about 3 serving spoonfuls of Rice Krispies with a splash of milk quite early. That gets me hungry again in about 30 minutes
