Breakfast

I find I need something more than just a banana but i if its a light workout then it works.

I just eat a fair bit before my workout - to give enough time to digest - a muffin is generally quite heavy. A banana is easy to digest. A banana and some dark chocolate and a shot of coffee is perfect. Then a big meal afterwards. :cool: Unless I train at 5-530am and in which case I just do the banana / coffee combo and eat afterwards as I said.
