Breaking Bad Season 4

hmm Can't remember that part in the last episode. When in the episode did it happen? Only watched it once. It was so good I don't want to overkill it by watching it too much.

Will probably watch the entire season again close to season 5.

On the roof when he;'s told the kid will live he''s there saying

"thank god thank god" but also slightly distracted like he's relieved and telling himself "of course there was never any danger to him" but he wasn't sure.

I think they'll end it with Walt, on his deathbed, confessing everything to Hank and Hank not telling a soul.

Edit: just had a thought, Hank has a hard on for Jesse so I'd like to see Hank having him banged to rights. Walt, on his death bed, tells Hank everything so if Hank wants Jesse he'll have to expose Walt. No chance. Walt's final act is to save Jesse.

I'd actually like that ending.

Re-watched season 1 over the last week and watching season 2 now. Tuco wasn't in it long enough, he was a great character, and the season isn't as good as season one. I'd forgotten how annoying Skyler became in this season.

Saul Goodman perked the season up for me. I loved it when Walt and Jesse, balaclavaed up, had Saul kneeling next to "his grave". Even in this situation Saul was funny.

See in season1 ep 1,when he's in his pants about to shoot the police, before he realies is fire engines, he films a wee video to his family "Over the next few days you are about to find out a lot about me etc etc " could be an ending there - preconceived way back right at the begining ?

was almost cheering when walt took gus out

Haha same, I actually clapped. Sad eh?

This show is just so fantastic it's hard to describe how much I love it. Season 4 was just incredible.

Hank Schrader is just an hilarious character, Saul Goodman has some cracking lines (all I know is that if I get anal polyps I'll know what to name them).

Less filler next series would be nice.

To quote a better post than mine:

Filler? Are you completely oblivious to character development?

Don't equate slow burning with "filler". There has been plenty of slower episodes throughout all of Breaking Bad.

Character development is so much more complex this season.

I don't think I've seen a single instance of "filler" throughout Breaking Bad's run. No, not even Kafkaesque.

What filler? Every minute of every show is brilliant.

That sounds annoying if their splitting the season into two parts, a year apart from eachother. Surely that can't be true.

Nah, just gives them more time to make the second part even greater... plus, its nice to still be in a time with new Breaking Bad episodes still to air.

HBO done something similar with The Soprano. Longer season = yay. More time between the first and second half of the season = boo.

Also means they can squeeze just a little more money from it before its all over.
