Breathable Business Shirts

I now swear by a brand called Olymp who are a German company with several different designs and fits. I go for the body fit level 5.

The difference is they are engineered to fit like t-shirts so are more comfy all day so you sweat less than a formal shirt. Expensive and I'll usually pay between 60-80 per shirt, but they outlast anything available in Next by 4-5 times.
Yep, they're excellent.

CT

It's the Burton's for people in their 50s like me :)

I bought all my work shirts from CT (when I was 30). I had 5 white ones for £90 IIRC and they lasted me several years! Bit of vanish in the wash to keep them brilliant white. Wife had no problems ironing them :D

I wear a t-shirt/vest under my shirts - even in the summer and don't find it particularly hot if you have a cotton shirt. Just get a light weave which is more breathable.

Just walk around naked, problem solved. I find it also helps keep all the disgusting weirdos away from me, the clothes wearing psychopaths.
