Foreign 11 each time (and personally I would have Heinze in the middle partnering Vidic, rather than Silvestre) esp if Heinze regains his form with a good run of games.

The foreign back four wouldnt leak many goals and with only Rooney with genuine pace English XI would rely on trickery and a nicked goal.

Now look at it the other way: A Pretty solid defensive unit (especially protected by OH) but with all that pace coming at us plus a decent but pretty inexperienced Evans, I can see the likes of Ronaldo and Tevez especially producing some magic.

The only thing that would really concern me about the English midfield is age, highly skilled but in crucial places wouldnt be able to keep up with attacking speed of the oponants.

Edit - opppsss Linoge and Nok both said similar - ooohh well lol :D

If you live here long enough you can apply for British citizenship cant you - still wouldnt make you legible for playing for the English squad though (even though GB Athletics is definitely different)

Unfortunately, I live in Kent. I'm the only boro supporter i've ever met. Would LOVE to get up to the riverside though to see a game. I go watch them when they come to london to play Charlton or Fulham though. :)

atmosphere at away games is great tho shame about the results
 
I know I'm going to be biased here being a spurs fan but honestly that looks like it would be one hell of a game, most of the others look like one team would dominate and pretty easy to guess the winning squad e.g Arsenal but the spurs one looks like it would be a tight game and also the united one looks like a good one too.

When Edu was talking about playing for England the FA said he can't unless he becomes a British citizen:

"Fifa regulations say if you are a national of a country and have not represented another country at senior level, you may play for any other countries that you are eligible for."
Two years' residence in a country means a footballer can be naturalised to that nation's team if he has not previously played at senior international level, and if he gains a UK passport.

CC hasn't got a UK passport and has said before he'll never play for England because he's Italian, but it was either him or Hilario ;)
 
I'm sure the rules are different for England, Scotland, Wales and N Ireland. For example someone born in Scotland, although they hold a British passport, cannot play for England unless they have an English parent or grandparent. So even if CC picked up a British passport he still could not play for England. I am sure we are the exception to the rule because of there not being a UK team and instead 4 seperate home nations.
 
Possible, but you would've thought the FA spokesman whom I quoted would've just said Edu can't for the reasons you mentioned :)
