They should enforce all the rules all the time. But that would be consistent, and the FIA can't have that.

Yeah seems that way, if it's dry and they were allowed to go full pace all race tomorrow it seems like they could lap the whole field.

I'm sure they will be limited on which maps they can run though so we won't get to see.
