So i have had BRSK for over a year now, me and my partner play the call of duty games online together, however we have run into a problem, we both have moderate NAT, port forwarding doesnt seem to help at all, we have a static ip from BRSK, now the company wont support ourselves as we have switched out the ICOTera router to a Asus RT-AX82U router, no matter what i seem to use in the router settings, i cant get both devices open.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Two on the same network is never going to give you anything other than moderate NAT on one.

TLDR:
The game communicates via a set of ports.
Your router forwards each port from your external IP to your internal IP.
If you think of this as a piece of string, you should see that each port can *only* physically be connected to one internal machine.
When you add 2 players on the internal network, one has to use a workaround in-game (as the first has already claimed the ports), which gives you the moderate NAT.
