I had that a few days ago, lasted ~15 mins before it came back & was all good again after that.

I guess it'll depend on the reason for the outage (e.g. someone in the network accedentally messing up a setting on a switch somewhere will be quicker to fix than if someone digs through a cable)

WhatsApp chat confirmed there was an outage but provided no other details. No details on the twitter feed and nothing on the website network status page, which is pretty poor considering they sent the email advising of an issue.

Just had an email from BRSK that they are doubling my connection from 500 to 1000, they did say it'll cost an extra 99p a month but for a 1GB connection I'll let them off!

To think I used to dread emails from virgin!

Ever since I received this email I've been getting half the speed of my normal package so 250'ish and I've been getting all sorts of drop outs and disconnects

Anyone else in the Manchester area affected? I've logged a ticket but not heard anything yet

No issues for me SW Manchester, getting my full 2000 when doing a speed test.
