Bruce Lee vs....

Bruce Lee would scare Fedor all over the ring. The beating would be so swift and so severe that Fedor would actually cry for 3 weeks.
Seriously, you're putting up a bulky russian dude who only makes contact with half his hits (and even then they look hardcore staged) v.s the master.. Who's hits ALWAYS connect, and always connect perfectly.

No fair fight there tbh.

I hope this is sarcasm, because if not, you should never post in any combat related thread again.

Fedor's punches may pack a punch but his technique is rubbish. He swings to violently and to wide, Bruce Lee would be far to quick for him and we beat him hands down.

If you actually buy the dvd of some of Bruce Lee's real life fights (none of the movie stuff) he is so quick that half the the time the video can't keep up.

So I would place my bet on Bruce Lee.

HAHAHAHAHA

Power to weight for Lee would be immense simply because he generated so much power from such a small frame.

There are people Lee's weight who can bench 500lbs. He was known to have a rather weak lower body, and a very strong upper body.

P4p, he is nowhere near the strongest ever.

Technique > brute force.

BTW, how long has a weak lower body meant you can't have a strong punch?

Legs = punching power, something you would know if you knew anything about boxing.

Look at Tyson, Marciano's and David Tua's legs to see what I mean.

I don't think Lee was even large enough to KO Fedor with his hands.

I was expecting some sort of ruthless commie fighting machine, but he fights like your average fat drunken thug that you see on a saturday night

Btw, muscle size does not equal strength. Lee's puny bone structure would be crushed by the Fedor's incredible power.

Bruce Lee's aim wasn't enormous strength, but speed and power, which he excelled at.

For the record though, he was incredibly strong. It's said he could hold a 125 pound barbell at arm's length with his elbows locked for several seconds. That's 9 stone for goodness' sake. He also did bicep curls with 80 pounds in reps of 8. Good luck finding many people who can do that.

Like I said, known for a very strong upper body, and a weak lower one.

Because he is a savage animal? doesn't seem to me that he has any technique bar throwing his opponent on the floor and punching them in the head, half of which don't seem to make any contact.

I've been a boxer.

I didn't say legs aren't used in punching, I said how long has it been that you can't have a strong punch with a weaker lower body. It isn't essential for a guy his size. Upper body strength would carry him. His back, shoulders and arms were built enough.

So if he is wins with that technique, why does it matter?

Could be, he was very small, so get me some evidence of other boxers his size with a weak lower body who had devestating (not just decent) punching power.
