Unfortunately he is dead..... so we have no way of knowing.
The reason he is dead is becuase he believed numerous doctors and friends, and believed specific chemicals could help him perform better or heal him / ease his ailments without any side-effects.
YES - he had tried Cannabis, and he had a fondness for pain killers, but most importantly he took steroids on a regular basis to improve himself - and this was well documented. It was one of these that killed him..... a chemical that reacted in a specific way (possibly) with all the other non-essential chemicals and supplements he was taking. He was the main man at the time - so had numerous people asking him to try their new found fixes/protein powders/herbs etc.
So - no - I don't think he would have aged well. Unfortunately, most people of that era had no idea how dangerous most of the drugs/chemicals they were taking were, and just took them on so called experts recommendations. Luckily - we have a whole host of resources now to tell us how combination drugs work - and the possibilties of serious injury if we mix Aspirin with numerous other chemicals.
And yes - I do respect and like Bruce Lee - but unfortunately he was just like most other top class sportsmen of his era.
