What i hate about the sports section here is people actually comment on things they haven't even done or tried:confused:

I always put IMO & also i only comment on things i have experienced to help others

People are so full of them selves they should give it a rest (not naming no names you know who you are, there is a comment from you in every thread)

Don't worry just take up a real sport rather than doing what these guys do which is basically throwing large metallic disks over bales of hay for 10 seconds before shoving some amino acidz down your throat

Why would I waste my amino acids on someone esle? I take them myself :p

Does it make you feel less inadequate to put other people and their hobbies down?

You always have to comment and put someone else down (every thread in sports section), i bet your a skinny nerd really - quick grab a photo of a body building forum and post it and pretend its you lol :p Bit of advice is don't comment on something you haven't tried - you wouldn't comment on a game you haven't played or a film you haven't seen - I was answering the thread from personal experience you answered it cuz you have some kind of ego problem.

If the list of ingrediants is available then why would he need to have tried it? It's a public forum, the OP asked "Just wondering if these products are any good?" Why would he need to have taken the product to comment on how useful it would be if the list of ingrediants is there?
 
just been on BSN Nitrix for 3 days... Starting to feel the effects.... Really amazing Supplement. I managed 4 sets of 12 with 70KG on the Bench yesterday :).
 
With 70KG, i only managed 1 set of 8, then a set of 6, then 4 and then 3. Most of all it puts up Energy im guessing. Nice little gym supplement :D

So itmore than doubled your strength in terms of the reps you could do?
Last week - 21 reps, this week 48.

That stuff should cost as much as gold dust.

No, Not strength. Strength and amount of Reps have absolutely no relation. It puts your endurance up like hell. If it put my Strength up, i would obviously be benching more weight.
 
for the same reps as you did last week, you would have been using more weight. i would hazard a guess at about 12.5kg more to make you rep like last week.

endurance? not really, you were only doing 12 reps.

Yeah, But i stopped at 12... I didnt do each set until exhaustion. I was pumped like hell after the workout session, But i could still do more weights. I tried upping the weight, but i found it physically hard to push the bar up - Even though i didnt feel any burning or anything like that. It was like pushing against a wall. I cant really explain the stuff.... It just works really well for me.

Agreed. Humble pie for me then because that is just truly incredible!!!

The school kid in the chav mobile was right all along..... I'll shut up now and go and lick my wounds :o
