So easy (for some) to get fooled by the supplements hype. From my own research and by talking to people that i trust, i learned that supplements are a waste of time, money and faith.
hmm... You obviously think that ONLY taking suppliments will get you big. Combined with correct nutrition and very hard training, they definitely work. Suppliments, admittedly, are the least important thing when working out. But when you combine them with good nutrition etc, they work a treat.
