Yes I believe so; I think thats the same reason crowds were never allowed even though lower level motorsport was allowed limited crowds.

Very much looking forward to this weekend, Turkey GP and BTCC finale. Personally routing for Turkington, I just think is a class act and a deserved multiple champion, shame about Butcher and Ingram at Snetterton as it would have made it closer. Never know though, so unpredictable.
