Yeah for sure, he's a great driver. I think it would be great to see him back. I can see him, Plato and Matt Neal having a right battle.

Don't discount Matt Jackson back in a BM. Looks set to be a good season, just hope that Turkington gets the chance to defend his title.

Yeah good point, he could be a potent force. I cant wait for it to start. Im gutted a have plans for the weekend it on, I could happily sit there for 6 hours and watch some quality racing. Just hop turk finds a way back........i mean he's defending his title ffs.

Plato was setting the pace yesterday. The new TOCA 2.0L Turbo seems to be a competative package with Jordon.

No unfortunately. Its a shame really. He is an awesome driver and a great character to the sport. There is nothing on the web about what he is up to now.

Hmmm, maybe John Cleland and Gabriele Tarquini are set for a return. Imagine how awesome that would be, alothough they are probably about 50 odd now.
I have a real good feeling about this year, i think it could be really close between a few drivers, i cant wait to see next weekends race, lets hope its exciting.
I may be tempted to go through my BTCC dvd's i have before the season starts. I got all the old VHS ones on DVD now.

Clio Cup champ Phil Glew has been confirmed at Triple 8 today. Glad he got a drive in the big class as he was brilliant in the Cup. No news yet on a team mate though.

I've now uploaded the BTCC fantasy league on Racing Leagues, you'll have to let me know if I've cocked anything up 
and it is although only for one race at the moment! Fabrizio Giovanardi is back!
Sucks to be Turkington and it does seem like this season some of the up and comers have not been able to retain or get their race seats sorted. Adam Jones is out, Jelley has gone to the Porsches, Johnny Adam is out, Jame Nash is out and Liam McMillan is out. I think this is bad for the championship but hopefully some people will be able to join and go throughout the season.
