*** BTCC Begins, Sunday 5th April 09. ***

Just a quick heads up for people.

Today is the last race in the current championship. With 4 drivers in with a chance to win the BTCC championship.

Coverage starts on ITV4 from 10:30-18:30. It could be a classic today.

Any fellow OcUK-ers venture down to Brands yesterday? Great day out even if the action was more tame than I would have liked. Most of my pictures came out crap :( but ho-hum. I managed to score a sponge finger thing and while waiting in the "queue" for an autograph for Plato uncle Tiff turned up so got both at the same time :D They were discussing viewing figures for Fifth Gear and Ben Collins. Apparently figures were the same as the end of last series.
 
I was there, spent the day on paddock hill bend. Was an awesome day, weather was brilliant and some good racing, shame it was all sorted in second race and platos car was so much faster then the others....we were hoping the hondas would get a good start and get ahead of plato or push him into the gravel ;)
 
I was there. Paddock was obviously rammed so I started out in the island made by the two sides of the hairpin down from Druids. Got a bit cold under the trees so moved over to Hailwood hill/Druids for the rest of the day. Glorious sunshine :)

Slowing getting round to getting videos & pictures sorted. Sat all day waiting for someone to stuff it in the gravel coming out of Clark Curve and on the final race of the day all was well :D (almost)
