All of the XFX PSUs are made by Seasonic. 650w is far more than you need, but you still get a very decent PSU.

Modular, more than enough power, perfectly good quality, £5 cheaper.

Nothing wrong with the XFX, I just don't see the advantages over the Corsair.

Corsair's CX series aren't as well made as the XFX PSUs. The HX series from Corsair's ok, but costs a lot more.

I've never used a XFX PSU, but read they are very good

Like I say nothing wrong with it, I just think the Corsair is better suited for the OP.
