Build 6 Bitspower SM8

Looks great, has inspired me to keep trying harder for my much more modest builds. I really like the idea of the mid-plate to hide the PSU and cables.

Shame the new CPU block seems to have spoiled the parallel lines, I really liked the visuals with the 12mm tubing, did you ever power it up and compare cooling performance?

It's actually the same model block (bp summit) I may flip it as it bugs me too with the lines.

Cooling wise there's nothing in it. Slightly better with the 16mm in actual fact but were only talking about 1degree.

Again loving the build bud after looking at the lines you have with the acrylic tubing though id ask how hard did you find doing the bends, did you use the kit with all the angles?

Cheers

As long as you have one of the silicone bending inserts your fine. I used the mandrels for the 2 90degree bends but the others are 60 degree I had to do them by eye.

Bit of practice to get the tube heating right so you don't get blisters or fold marks and your good to go. The monsoon videos are very good.
