Build check

The higher quality components come into play at moderate 4.2GHz overclocks too. Not many people care about the difference between a budget board and a high end board in that respect if it'll reach a decent overclock, but it's still there.

Since he's got 2x7950s, he may well want to add on a third card when prices fall. In a year's time games might really benefit from that.

This guy has multiple threads going which is a waste to be honest. Looks like he wants to "waffle" till he hits 100 posts for free P&P

The Ronin could ideally do with a modular PSU. I've already done him a spec (see HERE) with the Corsair 540 which wouldn't care if the PSU was modular or not.

No I am just really undecided, regarding your spec it was great apart from the cube case

P and P doesn't matter when u are spending 1k

I wasn't trying to insult you fella. In fact you were so close to free P&P it would have been borderline retarded to not hold fire till you had free P&P. Doesn't matter how much you are spending, if you save £20-30 on shipping you can pump that cash back into parts. I could have bought a pair of Corsair SP120 QE fans to upgrade the refurb'd H100 in my Carbide 540 spec with the P&P saving for example ;)

I also wouldn't have spec'd a 850W PSU if it wasn't man enough for the job ;) Getting a modular PSU will make the build much easier on you. The XFX PSUs are Seasonic made so are of good quality.

The spec looks very good. That case can take large air coolers so your choices aren't limited. As you now have "extra cash" thanks to the free P&P, I'd probably use the K2 Mount Doom or a Silver Arrow maybe even Noctuas NH-D14 which are all BEASTS to help keep things cool when you OC.

I don't blame you for being a little indecisive. Your budget has crept up over the months but throwing more cash at a build opens up more options which can confuse things. Best of luck with the build fella, if you hit any snags (god forbid) you know where to find us for help :)

Thanks I appreciate the help, could you tell me abit more about these?

Secondly do you know of a case with better airflow with a window?

Them 3 air coolers are the best of the best out there barring some of the more expensive AIO 's like the the H110i and are much much quiter :) the only thing that beat them in the audio department are custom water cooling loops.

Case with window and better airflow........ I don't think your going to find much better out then the Ronin tower case :)

Not that I can see. Install the two graphics cards in the top slot and third slot in the board (there'll be an empty slot between them).
