Build check

You can get quieter fans, but they'll do the job (assuming Corsair use their AF120L fans in this case) (EDIT: They do). Adding some SP120s to the h100 would help.

What will they help with. Are the fans ok that are provided with h100

They'll give better static pressure, which will result in better cooling performance. They'll also be quieter. It isn't an absolute necessity, though. Maybe a small future upgrade if you don't want to spend the extra £25 now.

Looks fine to me. You might want to wait until Thursday to see the price/performance of the 290. Your call. Either way, make sure you buy the CPU and motherboard before Tuesday as they are on this week only deals.

Mouse wise I'm a bit 'partial' to Logitech myself, I have a Razer copperhead (lights up red, got it for i-series usage to go with my red case) but I'm not a big fan of Razer mice.

The logitech g500s is £60 but is currently £40 elsewhere and I'm tempted to go for it but trying to justify it having a several year old g9(non-x version), I think the g9 is still working but for some reason it stopped working in windows 7 on my PC but worked in the BIOS and on my dads laptop(after windows(windows 8) installed the drivers).

The furmark bench mark is more tough on GPUs, you get much higher temps and power draw compared to games and other bench marks such as 3d 11 etc. In one of the reviews they got between 500-600w for a single GPU system(the CPU was a x79 3930k or something not haswell, not sure about how much extra power that needs over say a 4670k).
So if you over clock the CPU and the GPUs then run the furmark a 750w PSU wouldn't cope.

You could drop the ssd to 120gb and put the money towards a 290(non-x), but it depends on how it performes which we'll find out soon enough. But going by gibbos hints and the bench marks he posted in the 290x thread its not too far off the 290x, just depends if its enough to justify the best part of £100 over the toxic(toxic is £270, the 290 is expected ~£350).
