I'd be surprised if it was that much, I sold a Q6600 and brand new 1GB 7850 for about 110.

Maybe prices of Q6600's have gone down since i last looked (granted about 5 months ago).. Just shows.

It will say on it somewhere. If it doesn't have a brand name on it, it'll be a generic PSU which are pretty rubbish and won't handle a 7850.
It need upgrade before you upgrade your graphics.

Yeah its a generic one. Also im not looking for a amazing gaming computer just one that is cheap and will run games smoothly. If i got the Q6600 would it be bottlenecked by the 6670 GPU ?

Yes, the 6670 is pretty naff.
It's not about having a super computer.
The 300W PSU won't be very good, I wouldn't even run a Q6600 and a 6670 on one.
I'd get a new PSU and second hand 7850, then get a Q6600 later on, or switch platform.
The 7850 will bottleneck a fair chunk though with the E5800.
