If your worried about it the cheapest soultion is just to seal it, aka pour a ton of concrete over it job done.

With asbestos, you need to find out which type of asbestos it is, there are 3 types. It's only bad if it's been broken up or being drilled. It it's in blocks, it's safe to move but will still have to be disposed of properly. If it is still in blocks and you can move it, the council can collect it from you and dispose of it correctly.

Do you know that it is actually asbestos? Just because it's grey corrogated sheet or whatever doesn't mean it's made of asbestos.
