Temperatures look absolutely fine - I wouldn;t waste money on water cooling unless you are going to see a tangible benefit - ie noise or lower temps. You're not overclocked, so your temps are very low.

I wouldn't be concerned until your cpu starts going north of 70C... then start to investigate alternative cooling.
 
I want the EVGA Classified SR-2 and this is the nicest case I've seen that fits it because it's HPTX. Plus I've always wanted water cooling and even if the machine I build with that case and motherboard becomes out dated, it will still probably sell for a lot of money. The build may cost over £2000 but I see it as a great project and a perfect case unless I build one, so, If you know any good, cheap and similar motherboards and cases, please tell me.

There's always Case Labs and Lian Li for HPTX. Asus make a cheaper 2011 dual Xeon board than EVGA, you can't overclock Xeon chips any more so there's little point to the SR-X IMHO.
