Building a PC - have I forgotten anything??

So, I've come to the realisation that a friend of mine may well be able to drive my PC up north from me when he finishes university etc. I was just checking out a thread and a guy was using this motherboard. I looks amazing, specs and aesthetics. Am I being blinded by it's coolness or is it actually great?
 
Thanks! I'm probably going to braid all the cables etc and put in a couple of lights, lots and lots of fans, the usual really.

I was thinking of perhaps ordering the windowless version and then putting in a bigger window because, frankly, the window they've put in the case is pretty crap. They expect you to put a fan in it too, you won't be able to see anything! And it's tinted.
