Building a PC - have I forgotten anything??

Don't think there is much in it. Both are very good boards with all the bells and whistles. I would pick up the Extreme4 myself. IIRC the Asus has blutooth, the Extreme4 have some sort of optimised, powered USB. Dunno if this is just a gimmick or useful. It's a popular board with no major complains. Both overclock extremely well, both have sensible layouts, support SLI / XFire, UEFI bios, both are quality, I'm just tired of blue boards :)

Some people are brand conscious, and swear by Asus which imo is a solid brand. Apart from their P67 debacle. Asrock is now a subsidiary of Asus also.

What black plastic?

hmm yeah, I was talking Extreme4 vs P8Z68 :/ Don't think the Sabertooth has bluetooth. Why would you want to remove the cover? It's one of its selling point, without it it's completely pointless. Come to think of it...

Thanks! I'm probably going to braid all the cables etc and put in a couple of lights, lots and lots of fans, the usual really.

I was thinking of perhaps ordering the windowless version and then putting in a bigger window because, frankly, the window they've put in the case is pretty crap. They expect you to put a fan in it too, you won't be able to see anything! And it's tinted.
