Building a Website

I've set up a couple of Zenfolio accounts and found it a very good platform for organising and having the ability to grow with client facilities and very flexible merchant options, as well as quite cheap if you just want to use your own domain name etc..

They have their own iOS and Android apps, as well as good slide show and other presentation tools, and the people I've set them up for are not computer savvy at all but still manage to administer it quite easily..

I would use Zenfolio if monthly payments where an option but £150 a whack.(for top package)

$8 Month - £96 (est)
Vidahost with wordpress is still cheaper

No, the estimate is £64. (96 in dollars)

For sure Vidahost and wordpress is cheaper but given how easy it is to setup and easy to use, I find Square Space the perfect solution for creating a portfolio site.

There are many themes which are aimed towards "normal" websites rather than blogs. You could change the front page to a static page also and just not use the post feature
