The Sharkoon would be ok, if you look at the website it says maximum cooler height is 16cm, and the one you want is 16cm. The main thing you need to watch out for with coolers is that they don't block the memory slots, which is why it's usually a good idea to go for normal sized RAM.

As has already been suggested, you would be doing yourself a favour by doing some research and a lot of reading. You will find a lot of useful information in the links above and there are plenty of video guides and tutorials to be found on youtube.
