Building new system, is this ok for compatibility?

Hey all,

Its been a little over 4 years since i have built a new system, and was looking to upgrade my current pc. Am not sure whats the best components to buy anymore and was wondering if someone could have a look at what i have chosen to see if it would be ok?

My current system is:

Asus P4 C800 E-Deluxe
Intel P4 CPU Northwood 3.0GHZ
4x512MB PC-3200 RAM
ATI 9600XT
WD Caviar IDE 80GB
Cheiftec 350W PSU

4300 keeps it under budget, 4400 put its just over

The CPU will clock aswell as the 6320 and it has a higher multi, got rid of the extra cache for the highly clockable ram.

. 4400 would be worth it if you can afford to go £7.50 over budget

w/o overclocking, how do the 4300 and 4400 stack up? cant imagine there would be a noticeable difference?
