i've got a p5b deluxe with jmb363 raid controller,
3 questions:

How do i connect the drives to the onboard micron controller ??

And if i use raid 1, Will i use data on my current drive ?? or will not ??

And will this inprove the performance ??

RAID1 won't improve performance, in my experience it's actually worse than a single disk due to verification checks etc.

The drives should be connected in the normal way to the ports of your choice, no need for special cables or particular orders. Are you aware that the JMicron controller on that board only has a single internal port, the other is an eSATA one on the backplate. The onboard Intel controller is a better bet anyway.

I'm not sure if you can migrate from a single HDD to RAID1 with the Intel controller, I would expect that you can but Windows might get a bit uppity about drivers etc. A full re-install is a safer bet.
