Sry, can´t find any info about that
Edit: I asked the AC Support for you:
"die kann man auch am T-Balancer betreiben sofern der die nötige Leistung liefert - vor allem beim Anlaufen da hier die Stromaufnahme locker 3x höher ausfällt als im normalen Betrieb"
=
the one can also operate on the T-Balancer provided which provides the necessary power - especially during startup because the power consumption goes down loosely 3x higher than in normal operation

You can choose by design, price and what´s in the box (Accesoires) I test cpu blocks on S1366 4.2ghz PC platform because of more heat. The Heatkiller 3.0 LC is still a good block for under 40 EUR, if you want more "Bling" check out the new chromed XSPC Raystorm. The Koolance 370 and the Swiftech HD are very good blocks as well...just to name a view. My last CPU Block Review Update is relatively old. I did rad and gpu block tests and other stuff in the last months. Have a look at stren´s brandnew roundup, it´s a good overview.
