I guess there is no need for a backplate for those cards at all..but hey...it´s a nice feature with this (new) cooling method for us H2O nerds !

Anyone have any recommendations for a full cover GTX 680 block (reference EVGA) must come with a backplate and be black.

copper is just copper witth actel top, nickel is copper plated in nickel, copper darkens over time nickel dont.

think ek have sorted the nickel flaking issues as well so either would be good for you

Phobya ddc top actually looks quite nice, they have improved quite a lot over the last year or so.

The black Laing top is sold as B-Grade, but i polished it 10 Min. , now i have an A-Grade top

Haha, it would appear the image scales a little differently on my phone, as a result the rad looked, well, messed up, most of the visible end was missing. Damn phones.

That's the bleed screw/drain port showing on the left rad. The opposite end tank has the 6 main in/out fittings. With any luck, my black XT45 240mm should be arriving tomorrow.

I've put off buying a gpu block because most are fugly.

My xt45 triple 180mm arrives tomorrow...yippeee!
