I'm a purebred Comp Sci boy and wouldn't look back.
Some people don't have the points available for a proper degree though, so its not like they got a choice.

kitten_caboodle - Did you finish after the HND or did you do the further 2 Years and make it into a Degree?
Also what sort of IT things were covered?
Was there any Programming? If so which Language?
Did you use Excel or anything? If yes/no, what other Software did you use?
If you dont mind answering
Would be happy to know this stuff and maybe a bit more!
Thank you so much![]()

stevechapman said:Has anyone ever done Business Information Technology at University level?
If so, was it enjoyable and worth studying?
Is there any Programming involved?
If so, was it difficult or just the basics?
Thanks, Steve
shine said:It will depend on your viewpoint. I found I enjoyed the technical side more and there wasn't enough programming, others felt the opposite. This course has a little of everything. If you're not interested in doing any programming then maybe this isn't the course for you.

I have just done some HTML and JavaScript at A Level and I really enjoyed it...When it worked lol but then when you tweak it and it works, thats a nice feeling![]()
) its not a course to go for but gives a good background in business along with enough IT to allow you to work in a lot of areas....think more IT management than programmer.
