Hi all. I moved into my new house about 2 months ago and had Blue Yonder installed as quickly as possible (4 meg plus a TV package). All was going well untill a few weeks ago when my speeds dropped to a now average 1.5 meg and It's now impossible for me to get an in-game (CS/TFC) ping of less that 80-120ms, whereas up untill a fortnight ago I was getting sub 20 pings on the same servers (also the same is happening if I ping jolt/google/co.uk from run>cmd).
We have just had 3-4 sets of people move into the flats above and below us (tis a big mansion type thing) so i'm wondering if they might have had BY activated and thus mine has slowed down?, or does BY not work that way (not really clued up on contention and things).
When I visit my modem i'm seeing these pretty things:

Log:
Unfortunately I have no idea what these errors are whatsoever lol. I'm wondering whether it's simply because my neighbours have now got connections going into the building or possibly it's my modem or something?. Just to clarify, my neighbours live at different adresses and have different connections etc, My connection goes straight from the modem into my onboard asus ethernet thing, previously trouble free
.
Edit: Just got 2 meg down on adslguide speedtest. Highest in 2 weeks.

Cheers for reading.
