Bye Bye Scooby ( pics of replacement now posted )

Just been checking tyre prices to get the shock out of the way

rears seem to be 255/35/90 which are around £190 which sounds fair enough

but the fronts which I think are 225/40/19 are about tha same if not a bit more

very odd :confused:

I know what you mean , as good as the Scooby is it is too easy to drive quickly
 
Well I'm back with it , have only driven it 30 miles down the motorway so far but it is very comfortable , smooth and handles well ( to what extent I have tested it )

The main thing that hits me though is the sheer complexity of the thing , there are switches everywhere , the height of technology in the Scooby was the bright switch :P


The SMG is going to take some getting used to

oh and I booted as I pulled on to the motorway slip road and found myself with a fight on my hands :D

While I was collecting it the dealer was taking a E36 M3 in p/ex with 41k on the clock , if I had got to the sellers first I might have been tempted to get that for the missus
