Gutted, booted this up today and totally forgot that my Brake pedal is knackered.

Thrustmaster F430

Anyone seen this before? Can't find anything on Google.

I think the teeth are to worn maybe you can somehow adjust the pedal so it's closer to the cog? or try sticking a wrapped piece of paper around the cog, might be enough friction to stop it slipping

Those screenshots on the last page look way better with sweet fx off. The sweet fx ones look like when you turn the sharpness and contrast up too much on the TV or when you put it in dynamic mode lol.

I am planning on buying this...but I am also considering a wheel/pedals/gearstick as well now!

My friend recently bought equipment like this(cant remember the brands) and he is properly ranting about it, may have tipped my interest in the wrong direction for my bank account lol!!

How is everyone finding it so far? And is anyone using a gamepad with it at the moment?

So what sort of frames is everyone getting on what setups?

Solid 60fps with everything maxes, but only using 'high' AA. No FXAA or SMAA and running at 1080p.

The only time it dips, is when it's raining. It goes to about 45/50. Which is annoying. Not sure what setting it is. Wish there was a benchmark tool to quickly test what settings are best.

Yea, no idea why people use it for every single game, over saturation, way too 'vivid', it's just nasty. Mind you, I bet they are the kind of people that simply stick their TV to sports mode and say it looks like a professional set it up...

The only game I've ever see warrant SweetFX is Dishonored, no wait, that's a lie, also Dark Souls 1, looked a bit bland...

Personal preference I have an ISO calibrated plasma (just to counteract your point) yet I still like to fiddle with sweetfx in some games although I only alter gamma levels and colour saturation.

Weird that looks far more saturated and contrasty than it does on my pc. Do you have other gamma settings at driver level/game level?

Nope. :(

All my TV's and monitors are calibrated thank you very much so you're beating a dead horse.

Only played half an hour so far but just....WOW.

The attention to detail is incredible and although I've only done Oulton I can't believe how accurate they've managed to get it, feels like you're going round the real track

I have been playing the career mode. How Long does the carting go on for as it's boring me senseless now. Is it a complete season of just carting ?

The British tracks were laser scanned iirc.

Update for the game, bug fix, new car and livery.

The car: Lykan Hypersport!
